How do I breathe?

For many people it appears to be quite difficult to start doing exercises from a book on their own. That's why this nice introductory series.

 

Five free consecutive nice and simple audio exercises to support your search. So breath support. Because you could use a little push.

 

Take the space for yourself once or twice a day to discover your breathing power and thus become more balanced.

Lessons Start package:

 

1. Breath observation

You look at the movement your body makes as you  breathe. ​

 

2. Observe without judgment: The first Anchor

Effortlessly follow the natural breath flow at the entrance to your nose. ​

 

3. Increasing mindfulness: The second Anchor

Following bodily sensations and sensations without reacting. You will continue to do this exercise for the next two weeks. That is, you will refine and cultivate them. ​

 

4. Equanimity: Free Flow

Every moment mindful and every moment equanimous. A new attitude, in balance. Clear your mind of negativity. ​

 

5. How do I use my entire respiratory system?

Research shows that many people only use a third of their entire respiratory system. What if you go from 30% to almost 100% oxygen? Research and practice daily.
