For many people it appears to be quite difficult to start doing exercises from a book on their own. That's why this nice introductory series.

2. Observe without judgment: The first Anchor
Effortlessly follow the natural breath flow at the entrance to your nose.
3. Increasing mindfulness: The second Anchor
Following bodily sensations and sensations without reacting. You will continue to do this exercise for the next two weeks. That is, you will refine and cultivate them.
4. Equanimity: Free Flow
Every moment mindful and every moment equanimous. A new attitude, in balance. Clear your mind of negativity.
5. How do I use my entire respiratory system?
Research shows that many people only use a third of their entire respiratory system. What if you go from 30% to almost 100% oxygen? Research and practice daily.
