Dutch Breath coach Erik van Tilburg from Studio Purana and the Ockelbo Breathwork institute will guide you during two Transformational and rebirth breath sessions on one day. ( the course will be in English). If you feel a big YES then you can book your workshop at: info@studiopurana.nl
Why?
Do you want to feel more at ease, and what if you really loose that knot in your chest area? What changes if you can get rid of a lot of tension in your body? Does the mind become softer and more positive? Do you believe that control is safe and important but why do we often feel so disconnected then? See what happens when you breathe deep and surrender to open up.
Where and what else is possible?
This is the first co-creation of Stella and Erik. After the successful sexual energy breath session during the Stockholm Tantra festival in May they get connected.
If you want to join our workshop and want to come the evening before you can also stay overnight.
